Peru

From the misty highlands of Piura and Amazonas, this exceptional single origin coffee is a love letter to Peru's extraordinary coffee-growing heritage. Cultivated by the dedicated farmers of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino at elevations between 1,100 and 1,700 meters, every bean carries the story of the land, the people, and the craft behind it.

Grown in mineral-rich clay soils and processed using the traditional gully-washed method before being sun-dried, this coffee is a showcase of what careful, environmentally conscious farming can produce. The result is a cup of remarkable clarity and elegance.
